The drivers window is stuck in the up position. There is no voltage from the motor connect cable to the motor
The passenger widow and all other accessories work. I can hear the one touch replay clicking when the down
button is pushed, but that's it.
Where are the "One Touch Down Module" and the "GEM" located?
What does the GEM do?
Can the window be rewired to bypass the one touch features, like the passenger side.

Thanks for any help here.

Sounds like a bad ground check each pin leading to the motor using the body as a ground for 12 volts when the up or down button is pressed, the voltage is reversed to the motor to make the window go the opposite direction. Also check for continuity between the pins and body for a good grounded connection.

Motor cable to ground with ACC on:

W/Bk R
Up: 12v 0v
Dn: 0v 12v

Voltage at cable connector is 0v at up or down.
I'm seeing alternating voltages at the switches for up & down.
