those were salsa verde doritos. the most amazing doritos ever. at one shop i worked at a few years ago one certain guy could get them at his local grocery store so he would stock us up with em. i think they are still made but for some reason they are hard to come by in certain areas.

about the best i could find put it at about $7-8 /bag, shipped. i was actually considering buying a couple bags.

on a side note, these guys have access to those chips and are reselling them at like 100% markup...

What happened to them? They were my favorite chips. I'd buy a bag right now if I knew where to get them. Discontinuation of that flavor of chips plays a pretty big part in me not bothering to buy chips these days. When I do, its usually Fritos with those small cans of Frito brand dipping sauce, its not too bad and pretty filling.

the light blue buffalo are my favorite as well. So good, they make every meal better. I liked the ones in the darkish white bag, they tasted like bbq chicken. I forget the name. They had them last summer vs the 4 cheese I think. They won but then they stopped making them i guess.

Yummm...I love nachos...but they've gotta have salsa mixed with Ranger dressing, er, ranch dressing...

But I must admit...getting older takes some of the fun out of things because now I can't eat a whole bag in one day without some, er, consequences...

I eat pork rinds....... i'm not much into chips other than the potato skin fridays ones!!! hells yeah, or the buffalo wing pretzels.
