Doorless on a 2007 ranger

i recently sold my 91 cherokee and had modified the door to come off whenever i wanted and became addicted to driving doorless and once I bought an 07 ranger I was thinking about doing the same thing. I know it isnt as safe in a rollover or a wreck. I took a look at the doors and it looks like i could just replace the pins and put some quick disconnects on the speaker wires, I have manual windows and locks so I wouldn't need to worry about that. Basically im just looking to see if anyone has any insight or experience, Thanks in advance!

its been brought up before, but id hate to wreck with no doors. that cab will just fold in half.

i was thinking about making half doors for my 1999 ranger like the jeeps have nut i dont got a tubing bender anyone know were i can get one for cheap?

i dont know if its legal or not? but i think its legal on a jeep because of the bigger lip on the floor to keep stuff from falling out or something like that. thats what i was told one time but u can make half doors

its legal if u have at least 1 ext mirror. maybe this will help u out, this is what i did http://www.delta4x4club.com/TECH/FORD/RDOORS.php its for a gen1/gen2, but will be basically the same principal

u can buy some male/female connectors at radio shack. there is 8 wires on mine, i used 2 4 wire male/female connectors but i put one male on door end and another on the body end(that way my plugs didnt get mixed up, ensuring they could quickly be connected without matching the colors. i didnt worry about the door speakers, as i have 89 doors in my 85

i don't remember exactly who it was but someone on here mad some bad ass half doors and they put snap on windows. it was a cool design and looked really good.
