I've only missed both banner signings so not a big deal if it never makes it to my neck of the woods then so be it...otherwise...it was fun to watch...really!

Nothing like a collective effort and total trust in fellow humans to achieve a goal...

I'll keep my opinion of DG to myself.

HOWEVER.. in the event the banner happens again my dear Mark, I'll personally drive it up to you so you can sign it.

YOU WOULD? Wow...that is going way above and beyond the call of duty here...even for me...

I'd appreciate the effort though...it would cost way more than I could afford currently so I wouldn't offer to do this sort of thing myself...although I would have finished the Miami through Key West run on the last banner...since I drove that stretch many moons ago...but I was much younger then and didn't need to stop for the rest room as much as I do lately...

Must have something to do with hair loss and all that...

I love getting old...there is so many new things to do with all that spare time I have so I'm never bored...

Yes, it is kinda rough on the psyche after being young in the same body for so long...I just see it as a challenge that external events and whatnot couldn't compete with in terms of laying you low...so I make every effort to accept it as such and just work around it...not that I really have any other alternatives...

When I was competing in martial arts tournaments, I could always skip one if I thought it would be boring or damaging...like having too many opponents to go through and all that...but with getting old...well, you really can't just say let's skip this one...

Those members in Eastern Canada also have begged for the Banner each time it made a tour of the continent.

Maybe Jim could start some Forum advertising to get some dedicated members to sign up......people who wouldn't bailout!

Then the New Banner could do the "Eastern Continental Run"......

How about.....Quebec or Toronto down to Key West?

It could start in the Spring in Canada when the snow has gone.......or start it in Key West?

Hell no. As I have suggested for years the next banner should be an international banner. Make no mistake we have members around the globe, hell our members in Hawaii had nothing coming. We have over 80,000 members, we can aford to fed ex it country to country and include ALL of our members. I believe the Global TRS banner would be not just inclusive but eye opening about how our members do it where they are.

Well, Canada is international...

I agree it would be nice to have places like Hawaii and other non-states involved too...now that Canada has another Commie Pinko French Separatist Leader at the wheel I'm not sure how long it will be before he throws himself into building the Great Wall of Canada between Quebec and Ontario...

I couldn't even begin to think of how it would work, but it would really be awesome to see a global banner.

I'm a member on a few other forums, and by far TRS is the best one I've seen yet when it comes to members and forum content. There's gotta be some members here that have the knowledge of how to get this banner idea going and make sure it is a success.

As far as I know there isn't a way. At least nothing that you can actually see signatures. Just photos on the banner thread as its gone around the country, but have never found any photos that are close enough or good enough resolution to zoom in and view signatures.
