XLT doesn't always mean full length panels. My truck is an XLT but had the half panels.

you have just the flat panels that dont wrap up to the window right with the scraper? I just got a ranger that has just the flat none wrap style door panels. I was gonna take the vinyl off and glass them and add speaker pods, I suggest visiting http://www.fiberglassforums.com/ if your interested in modding your panels. very helpful and yet unique when you finish
