Door panels

Anyone know if door panels from an Explorer would fit on a Ranger? There is a newer Explorer Sport (2 door) at the junkyard and I think its door panels would give my Ranger a nice little update.

I doubt it. The door is a few inches taller and the handle is in a slightly different position so I'd imagine the attachment points differ. I suppose it can be made to work, but it's nothign I'd spend money on trying unless I know for sure.

really? they are taller , good to know I was looking at some for my ranger too . I almost pulled the trigger , good thing this forum is here , thanks guys

I only really noticed riding in my friend's rwith my arm in the window and realized the window opening at least is taller than my ranger, so I'd assume the proportions overall are different...

Explorer door panels are completely different sizes/shapes from Ranger door panels and will not bolt right in. Especially 2 door Explorers, the door panels are way too big to fit.
