Its also lowered 3inches in the back and 2 in the front

How was it lowered? It may possibly be an installation issue.
 
Lowering kit flipped axle . I'm gonna pull the bed and inspect it tomorrow. I'm just hoping its a stuck shock
 
Was gas tank full?

8 pints in a gallon so a gallon weights 8 pounds, well slightly less since gasoline weighs less than water

10 gallons = 80lbs
15 gal = 120lbs
 
The springs on drivers side can sag after a while because of gas tank and drivers weight over the years
 
I'm gonna assume you are not feeling anything strange on braking. That can happen with a broke something in the rear suspension.
 
No truck runs fine . I didn't realize it was leaning till my friend said something. I'm gonna pull the bed off this weekend and see whats going on with it. If it is the leaf I'm gonna have to figure out what I'm going to do.
