door interchange 89-92

I have a '92 Standard Cab and was wondering about door interchange. I'm curious if I could take the doors from an F-Series from an earlier year, say an '86 for example. The doors all look like the same shape, but I haven't made measurements or checked if hinges and/or strikers line up.

Full size F series doors are definitely not going to fit. But the F series mirrors will fit the rangers. If you have those aggravating sport mirrors that flop around when you slam the door, the full size F series mirrors bolt right in place on the two top holes, then you just have to add the two bottom holes.

You can bolt on a door from a '83-92 Ranger or '85-90 Bronco II only, the '83-88 doors have different latch linkage setup and door panels and don't have speakers in the doors and such so there's some to be done but they should bolt on...
