Door hinges?

Need to replace all four door hinge pins with both door rollers on my 94 ranger. Have watched YouTube videos, and not sure if I could do this job myself..both shoulders are hurting pretty bad. Is this a easy or difficult job to do?

A long time friend owns a body shop, and considered asking what he will charge. If I go that route, what would be a reasonable price for the work?

Went to see my friend and he look at both doors, said these are in good condition. He did check the hinge bolts and those needed tightening. Truck is all good with those, yet they do need a good cleaning.
