Does this mean the MAF is messed up?

Today i unplugged my MAF and when i would press the gas (while in park) the engine would hold the rpms a little longer than normal. If u need any more info dont hesitate to ask.

If you unplug the MAF and it doesnt start running worse, then yes the MAF is messed up. UNLESS you unplugged it while the engine was cold and not yet running in closed loop. Let it run for about 15-30 minutes, then unplug hte maf while its hot. Its should stutter and almost die. If it doesnt you might have a problem. Then again if the MAF if messed up it should already be stuttering and stalling anyways.
 

Then nothings wrong...the rpms will float around when the MAF is unplugged because the ecu has to guess how much air is entering the engine. Plug it back in and drive on...
