Does the turbonator work?

This thing looks cool, but before I get one, opinions on how efficient these things are from actual useage?

Also does the trick with acetone in the gasoline improve milage?

Yo,
The turbonator or any other thing that goes into your intake is junk. Do not buy one!

I have not had experience with acetone in the gas, but i think the gains would not offset the cost of the acetone.

A Type R Turbonator gives double the benefit.

In conclusion, you can achieve the same benefit in less time by throwing your $$ out the window.

Turbo-nator? Ever heard of the suck-o-nator. Works just as good, expect it attaches to the exhuast pipe.

But they are all gimmics.

Acetone does not increase MPG. Too much and it will decrease it. Its mainly used as a fuel injector cleaner, fuel stablizer, octane booster. I've used a 1oz to 1gallon mix in my motorcycle and it seemed to rev better.
