So I installed a used 6" skyjacker lift on the front of my truck but one side sits around 1/2" higher. After looking at the springs the end of the springs are not facing the same way on both sides. Could this cause the problem? If I just twist one around to mimick the other spring will it level it out? If not i guess I'll just shim one side with some washers.

Not sure if it matters a whole lot, but on the coil bucket there is a "step" formed into the shape of it, and the end of the coil (flat part) needs to be butted up against this step.

Might level it out a bit.

If not use some washers.
