does anyone lower rangers anymore???

don't know what that is...but you don't need it. flipping a shackle is just that, flipping the hanger upside down. You don't need anything else but new bolts to replace the rivets you'll grind out and I would do the spring bushings while its apart.
 
I think he's reffering to an axle flip kit, not just flipping the shackles. There's a channel that the axle sits in. The hole locates the axle on the leaf spring. $15 is a great price! Get/fab some spring plates, and you'll be good to go!
 
found a 3/4 DJM kit on craigslist new for cheap. I beam kit. and did mean the axle flip kit.

pic is not working and the lowering kit for cheap is for 83-88 and he has postd for 82-92 DJM Kit
