Does anyone know the laws for R-12?

I have a whole box of R-12... which is 12 cans. I got it just after it was "outlawed" by our all knowing government.
Anyway, I didn't want to get into trouble for having it, so I got the license to have R-12 about 3 years ago.
My question is now I am looking to sell it but I would like to stay legal when I do sell it.
What are the laws concerning sale of R-12? and how much is it going for nowadays?

Wow... That site does offer it at much lower prices than I'm used to seeing. The lowest I've seen is around $60 - $70 per can, even in bulk. Anyway, the main concern is if you sell it, you must verify the buyer holds a valid MVAC certification (EPA Clean Air Act Section 609 relating to service of motor vehicle air conditioners). Sale to people who are not properly certified can get both parties in trouble from what I understand. Also, section 608 (hvac cert if the number isn't right) is not the same as 609. Legally, the two are not interchangable even if some of the concepts are similar.
