Ok, so this past fall I took an auto graphics class. It was a pretty good over-view of how to do things like flame, stripe, etc, using paint, not decals.
So now I am putting the stuff I learned in that class to paint me up a spiffy-looking piston shifter. I'm already documenting the process and putting it up in my build thread, but I was wondering...
Is anyone else interested in learning to do this stuff? I mean it's gonna be documented in my build thread either way, but if there is interest I'll write up an article about how to do some basic graphics that goes into more detail about how to do it, I'll even go out and get some 1/8" stripe tape and show you guys how to do some flame outlines.
Thoughts, opinions, yes, no?
