I am in the middle of replacing my fuel pump, because Im pretty sure thats my problem...

I only had one quick question, about checking for voltage at the pump.

There is 3 wires, 1 is green, the others are both black. Their order from left to right is green black black.

The middle black wire is reading 6v, the other two dont seem to be reading anything. Is this proper? I dont want to throw in a new fuel pump for no reason...

I don't have the schematics for that but it could be normal. The 6v is probably the gauge and one of the other wires is ground. The remaining wire is power for the pump, but it will only get voltage for the first two seconds after you turn on the ignition or when the computer sees the motor turning.
