I just found this while spending my time on the net.
Seems like there are importing the power stroke engines on the argentinian rangers to the US.
For what ive seen they do bolt up to the current ranger transmissions, being that both argentinian and american rangers share transmission parts.
i just found this, so idk anything else than what the post says.

if u need more info on the engine ill gladly hook u up. as far as specs and the stuff i can get.
ive been helping a few latin america Ranger owners with shop manuals now( the Ranger Sport Honduras name is becoming famous LOL)
