There's a very good reason I leave the guards on my angle grinders, I like my fingers... that doesn't help at all with a cup brush though, I've had issues setting those down but luckily not that hard of a way...
 
We use the cup brush regularly at work to clean injection screws. You know it's getting worn when you start to look like a porcupine. No level of PPE that I'm aware of helps with that. I've gotten piercings I didn't want that way.
 
If that sign on the wall didn't say BMW, I'd think you were in an aircraft wash/depaint facility. Hood is too dark for that though.
That is an arc flash suit. I think it's a level 2 suit designed to protect me from 65 calories per square cm in the event of an arc flash event (electrical explosion). I'm glad I've never tested it's rating.

Now, imagine wearing that with a fall protection harness and lanyards in a single man lift, 30 ft up in the air, trying to verify with a multimeter that fuses are de-energized. Fun times.
