Man i tried cutting ties completely. i deleted her from fb, but my friend brought that to my attention, she comes to my house all the time wanting her mail, she refuses to changer her address, even though she no longer lives here, and i have moved on. i have a new girl, but the ex just will not allow me to move on. she went at my new girl, i called the cops, she split and the cops wouldnt go after her. i needed to get a warrant. couldnt do that, no grounds, i tried to get a restraining order but they said until she changes her address she has a right to come get her mail, and i dont know her new add to forward it to her.

1. Put in a change of address card for her. You can do that. Or start sending back ALL of her mail 'moved, no forwarding address.' Bills in particular. You are not responsible for making sure she gets her mail - she doesn't live there.

2. Contact the FBI. NOW. This 'America will get what it deserves, allan will make it so' shit is thinly-veiled terror threats. They'd be very happy to take a report from you.

3. Stop being stupid, man. DON'T date muslims.

I agree with everyone else in that she isn't worth the hassle. As far as the mail goes, put return to sender on it and send it back because she does not live there anymore. And when she shows up for her bills, you can tell her she needs to call them and change the address.

Just RTS her mail. Take it back down to the post office, tell them that she has moved and didn't leave a forwarding address and that you don't know how to get it to her. She'll change her address soon enough.

Like everyone else said, go to the post office and tell them the person no longer lives there, that's easy. As for facebook just report them, I think you can even have someone report the exact post with a click of a button. A friend of mine was reporting another one of our friends posts as a joke and after only a few they got banned so it's very easy to do. Best thing to do is not to retaliate as much as you want to don't, it's always the person who retaliates that gets f*****

If I were you, I would take the threats seriously. Why? Because i've been taken to court for something very similar.

My neighbor, about 3 houses down, took my friend (neighbor across the street), my mother, and me to court for stalking, following him and his family places, watching his house with video cameras hidden in bushes and trees, and even going into his house and moving his furniture around. He even went as far as to rent vehicles so we didn't know what he was driving (may I remind you he lives 3 houses down). In court, he told the judge we kept figuring out what he was driving so he would have to go get a new vehicle. Although he stated that we were "watching" him, he told the judge he watched us leave our houses and even documented times as to when we left and whether we took a different route than times in the past.

In the end, the only winner was the lawyer. His No-Contact Order wasn't granted and he only had to pay us 1/4 of our lawyer fees which was $1,100. Is it fair that we had to go to court for some stupid shit we didn't even do? Of course not, but remember there are crazy people out there who will do this shit to some people.

EDIT: By the way, I have 6 or 7 summons to court for different things from this guy. Could I sue him for slander? I think so!

If I were you, I would print out the conversations, particularly the part about "that i um...you know...my sister", in the case of an actual lawsuit being filed against you (which they have no case, you can insult anyone all you want. Is it nice? No. But it's not grounds for a lawsuit.) By her making false claims about "doing" your sister, that is grounds for libel (the written form of slander). She can most likely prove you lost your job, but I'm sure she can't prove that you "did" your sister.

But as people have said already, any judge in the country, even Judge Judy or Judge Joe Brown, would throw this case out in a hot second, and be pissed that their time is being wasted.

i second on reporting her to the FBI they love to get that kinda stuff!!! and they can be very nice i had to report someone to them not to long ago. about a muslim looking man who was near the army base here looking at the fence that seperates the base from the private property next to it where me and my friends go muddin alot and he was asking us questions about the base thank the lord he didnt know it is called patroit cause about half a mile on the other side of the fence is where they test the patroit missles at.

heres my advice, ive dated quite a few physcos.

1) report her to the FBI, that diarrhea of the mouth could be considered a threat to the US

2)take her mail to the post office and says she doenst live there no more

3) save and print that crap she wrote/posted

4) cut all ties with her

5)set up cameras on your house that show, dates and times so you have proof she shows up

6) file a restraining order

7) work on your rig or something to get your mind off it

Dude i have a bunch of friends of different races and ive been telling them this shit for years, and i couldnt have sed it better myself by the way! i mean shit if we had our own f**kin month we would be racist and thats bullshit!

People can threaten to sue all they want. They can even file to sue you if they want. The problem will be proving damages. This is a breakup and the B.S. that goes with it. No attorney is going to look twice at it because there is no money involved and the judge is going to be pissed he is adjudicating an argument. If there is an attorney that would take it you better believe he ain't gonna do it for anything less than his hourly rate and court fees which is going to require an UPFRONT deposit on her behalf. How likely do you think it is they are coming up with a couple grand for this? Ignore her, don't threaten her and walk away. Get a P.O. Box and let hers get stolen at night sitting in the box. The FBI ain't gonna do shit about a snippy little bitch running her mouth. Just leave it alone.
