Anyone had any experience with the Dynomax exhaust system? Summit has a deal on a system from behind converter back. Had some say that it doesn't sound good and sounds cheap. Thoughts anyone.

I had a dynomax cat back on my b2(2.9) and i thought it was ok. Real quiet drivin but sounded good when i got into the gas.

I had one on my truck, to me it was real quiet but other than that it was OK. Now I miss it, I sound like a ricer burner

I got a deal on jegs a while ago, $100 dynomax cat back system w/ the $75 rebate it was $25. Put it on, for $25 I dont really care how it sounds, my 3.0 it sounds crackly and a little ricey but I like it, even tho I have a hole somewhere before the muffler so it sounds pretty bad. But after I redue my whole ehaust, Im going flowmaster.

I bought the cat back for 165 and put it on myself, Im very happy with the sound and look. Well worth the $.

just put one on tonight sounds a tad better than stock but its quiet just what i wanted, i cant imagine a v6 being loud and sounding good.

i had a catback dynomax exhaust on my 88 4x4 2.9 and it costed 100-130. i dont remember where i got it from. like everyone else is sayin, its quiet while cruisin, too quiet for my taste but when i put er to the floor its got a nice tone for a small v6. cherry bomb turbo mufflers have a similar tone for half the price of a dynomax muffler. either way, both sounds decent but i like the loudness of good ol straight pipe
