The local shop quote for a drag link and adjustable track bar is roughly 600 bones. To hell with that!

I'm looking for a few pointers, or basically a step by step process in a DIY steering set up, along with good materials.

Standard cross over steering (HP Dana44 to Jeep ZJ pitman arm)

Trackbar using the stock full size bronco track bar bracket/shock mount

Thanks,
Adam

call partsmike. I got my whole steering for a little under 300. It comes with 1-ton TREs and threaded tubing. Its quality stuff. As for the trac bar bracket, i can get some pics of mine this weekend. I used a adjustable trac bar off broncograveyard. I think it ran me about 40-60 bucks.
