i thought about it.. but mine being a daily driver i like the more enclosed look.. that covers some more of the inner stuff. for a trail rig, i'd go for it.

Sliders and straight pieces of bumper are 1.25" HREW tube, and the bent pieces are 1" ID black pipe.

for ME, i wanted a more finished look for a DD. personal choice. all good. i love the tube bumpers.. and considered it for mine. but decided i wanted the more covered look.

How many tires can you get in the back of an Explorer? I got 15 with the ability to still see out the window.

that was why I said I "may" have contributed to the pile of tires ( didn't know what ya might have done with the 2 wore out 17" Michelin's ).....
