disciplerocks's B2 build thread

I dont know about that 3.0.

I would want one with an internal slave though since I just replaced mine when I did my motor swap. I don't really want to buy a new one.

Another good thing with the internal slave is its one less thing that could potentially get caught up on the ground or debrie while wheeling too.

Very true.

I decided to throw John's axle under the trailer today so its not laying on the ground anymore. Damn it is not very cool out today.

nope. heat index is like 110 here... dang! lol

so... where's pics? we need pics not words

They are in the trailer build thread. They don't belong here!

Looks like I may have to place another order with Ruff Stuff for some DOM unless someone local has 6' I can buy. The local steel place doesn't have any and Ruff Stuff is the cheapest online. Probably going to have to wait another week or so to order it though.

What you need the DOM for??

So I'm thinking, I really need to make this fit......

you know... it just might. itd take a bit of trimming but itd be close you could take a few cuts and take an inch or two outta each letter then trim top and bottom and slap it in

I'd swap to gen1 fenders/hood if I have to. There may be more room between the headlights.

that'd... be... pure... and... simple

AWESOME! DO IT!

No, it won't be simple, he has to change the Rad support, the tops of the two are different, the bottoms are the same, but the tops where the head lights bolt on are different, also change the head light hookups.

I want to change My 89 BII to a First Gen front end, and I'm still gathering all the small parts and looking for a good rad support from Pull-A-Part.

It's really too bad shipping costs so much, in a lot of cases I'd give [+ $25/hr labor to remove before crushing] this stuff away.

Richard

Before you get harsh on me charging for removal, think about what your time is worth.... I'm getting on the back side of my life, i.e, over 45, and I am starting to realize I don't have enough time to do all the projects that I have, never mind taking the time to remove parts for somebody else. Rant over... sorry.

Calm down. I don't want to do a gen1 swap, but if it gave me enough room to finagle that Raptor grill in there, I'd do it.
