Also threw my fan shroud back on. I was lazy when I did the motor swap, but I need to keep temps down.
 
Pneumatic cut off wheel. Its not as clean as it looks in the pic. I touched it up with some spray paint too.
 
Sweet job on cutting those fenders it almost looks factory still. and i really like those cut doors, i might have to make myself a set of those for summer but im gonna go down alot further, no a/c! haha
 
I feel ya on the no ac. I used mine for on board air. Thats why I got me some carpet to keep the cab a little cooler.
 
i was told our ac pumps wouldnt work for onboard air because they wont oil themselves properly without the freeon or whatever the stuff is that goes in the pump? ie, they will seize up

The guy i bought my bii from took the a/c out in favor of a v8. im not too upset, the gains were worth it lol.
 
Jeff you can if you oil it manually. I keep a bottle of tool oil in the truck.

you can buy an oiler on ebay escort just did it on his ranger i think he said it was $4 and for what its worth im doing it to my f150 right now
 
I want one, I just couldn't find one at any hardware store. I'll have to check ebay.

Just throw a few drop through the intake side.
