Differencences in transmission with manual vs electic transfer case

is there any differences between the Mitsubishi fm146 withan electric transfer case and a manual one. my transmission took a dump and im looking at one with a manual transfer case attached to it. i still plan on useing my elctric tcase.

The differences are:
There is a manual transfer case bolted to the back.
There is a T-case shifter bolted to the side of the trans.


Its the same trans, dont worry.
