Just curious... would there be a difference in gearing from 3:73 running 235/70/16 and 4:10 245/75/16 ?

I have 3:73 with 245/75 and would love to have a little more power out of the hole and thinking maybe next set of tires getting 235's... probably a mute point:icon_confused:
