First off the '92 is an OBDI and the '99 is an OBDII so the sensers are different.
The '92 has an aluminum intake (can be ported and polished) and the '99 is plastic (cant be)
As long as the '99 is a OHV not a SOHC (as of '97 ford made both) everything else I'm pretty sure is interchangible. If dropping a '92 into a '99, just swap the short block and heads, keep all your sensers and manifolds off the '99. I'm still trying figure out if the OBDII sensers will work on the aluminum intake.

also the 99 is an electronic distributor w/ the cam synchro gear where as the 94 should have still had a distributor i believe.
