My brother just bought an 01 Ranger XLt and the gauges look just like this

That one is from an 01 Explorer and it look just like the one in his truck. If it is and the Explorer gauges would plug in then his millage may be off :annoyed:
They also installed Explorer seats and console so they probably found one in a junkyard and grabed a bunch of parts from it

Explorer sport and sport trac's got those gauges...not sure if the rangers ever did.

ive seen a few rangers with those from factory.
they had the gauge surrounding in black, instead of explorer sport trac's silver.
i saw a couple that werent white, but some sort of silver color.

I dont think the Ranger ever came with those gauges. I've never seen those white faced gauges in a Ranger stock, and ive only seen them with the silver/gray overlay. Thats a sport/ sport trac thing. It matches the radio and heater controls.

At least in the states, RSH.

the ones i saw were from the states. and yeah ive seen more with the silver ones than white ones.

this was my first thought.i was using an '02 sport track cluster on a build a few years back, that's what it looked like.

I put those same gauges into my 98 ranger they came from a sport track, but i did swap the odometer out from the old cluster so my mileage would be right. Its not a hard thing to do so your brother may have done that too. Sadly all you'll have to go on is his word that he did swap the right odometer in to keep the mileage accurate.

Well if he's your brother I hope you can trust him lol. Looks like a tiny mod I wanna do since my shift indicator is screwy. I wouldn't mind mine indicating less then 210k miles haha.

I have the silver ones in my truck. I don't know if it has anything to do with it being a fx4 but I have seen other silver ones not so much white.
