Kiwi Scuff Cover for shoes works great for re-coating bumper inserts, rubber, and other exterior trim. I've tried Back-To-Black, Forever Black and multiple spray vinyl/rubber treatments. Forever-Black wasn't too bad, just that it is a little tougher to apply with the big sponge they provide and the cost @ $10 for the kit. The Kiwi is $2.
The Kiwi Scuff Cover has a small round sponge applicator at the top of the 2/5 ounce bottle. I just got through coating the front bumper valance and front/rear bumper inserts on the BII. Prepped with denatured alcohol...then liberally applied the Kiwi. After it dries, which is fairly quick, apply some vinyl treatment spray onto a cloth and wipe off any high spots. It also provides a more even finish by flattening out the glossy spots where too much was applied. Any over-coverage onto chrome or paint wipes off with a damp sponge. Results: hard to tell from newly installed parts (you won't be disappointed) I did the hard vinyl backs of the side mirrors on an F-250 and a BMW 5-series a year ago and it has not faded or rubbed off at all on either vehicle.

ive never heard of that stuff. sounds pretty good and the price is great. ive been wanting to try black wow but its 25 bucks

Daniel...someone should re-label this stuff and develop an infomercial on it. Awesome results. Just be careful not to press too hard against the surface when applying it...there is a rubber-slit tip under the sponge that will release a lot of the liquid and it will drip (and no...I'm not an OB-GYN Doc).
