Long story short, Put a 54 F100 on a 99 Explorer v8/AWD. In the process I deleted the ABS....

The issue is that the 99 ABS module is the signal generator for both the gauges and ECM. Without the ABS module in place there is no speed signal to the components listed above. Im sure that this has been an issue on a ranger/v8 swap before and I am welcome to successful suggestion on how this was accomplished.

So with that said, Lets hear it!
How do I make or can I buy a pulse adapter that mimic the action of the ABS module?
My other thought is dismantle the ABS module and using it for the speed generator......

I am a little confused about what you actually did and what you are now driving.

Anyway, most people just leave the ABS module in place and then plumb around it. Unbolting the ECU from the HCU and plugging it in with the sensors intact, as you suggest, should do the job.

^ This. I didn't like the abs constantly relieving brake pressure when wheeling. So when I did my v8 swap on my 02 Trac, I just removed the hardlines from the abs module and left the module in for my speedo and cruise...
