deaver springs

So ive been doing some reading and it sounds like deaver springs are pretty much the best out there. so im thinking of doing the chevy style rear on my 89 ranger when i lift it 4 inches. so can i get a spring from deaver for an 88-98 chevy half ton and use that with a flipped longer shackles. If i get a spring made for a 6 inch lift will that give me the lift i need while getting rid of the factory block?? Does deaver make such a spring?? thanks guys for putting up with my dumb questions.

Mostly you'd have to contact Deaver. A Chevy spring will have the same measurements regardless of who makes it.
