just got back from a desert trip. On the way home on the highway, around 65-70 mph, the truck shakes pretty bad. Feels like its coming from the drivers side. back tire has some damage on the outside tred, but i think it may be from the rocks. Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be.

Bent wheel/rim?

Tire out of balance?

Loose lift kit? If you have one.

i figured that as well. But, i can easily do 0-65 and 75-90 mph with no wobble.

Sounds more like wheel balance then if it's not all the time. You may have had a wheel weight fall off. Most shops will look for free I think?

Good chance you have a ripped-off or messed up weight and a tire is out of balance. That's quite common after a day of hard wheelin.
