so i had this ugley tin woodgrain crap around my gauges. i took a flat head screw driver and used that and my hands to peel it off. i cleaned it with hot water and soap to loosen dirt and any glue (there was none)

heres what it did look like

i wet sanded it with 400 grit and cleaned it up again.

next i applyed the frist coat of this

i chose black, it was $4.67 a can

i gave it 2 coats after i masked off the area for turn singles,oil,motor etc. lights.

here it is back in the truck

the ashtray was the same, so i did it too

Looks nice ! I thought of doing that to my dash and get rid of the blue part.

it diden't take me long to get rid of that shit on my old b2 either
 
yea i think the black makes it look better also
 
What's the difference between import auto spray and regular spray paint? Does the import add hp or something? :icon_rofl:
