Disconnect your battery for 30-45 min, hard reset on computer, if it comes back then have the code pulled, you may want to pull the current codes before you reset.

its looks like you have no oil pressure.
A check Gauge is like is just as it says, on E on fuel, H on temp or no oil pressure.
I would look at the oil sender its could be at fault or there is really no pressure

Good eye, didn't spot that, but the oil pressure sender for the gauges is a different one than the one for the computer.

I know there is two Temp senders, I did not know the ECU had a oil pressure sender.
I know my 4.0 had to oil senders one for pressure and once for level, but both go to the gauges

Yup, it's your oil pressure gauge. Find out why she is reading zero( IE broken wire, or bad sensor). If you have an aftermarket gauge just jump find a correct resister and go to any ground point.

wellllllll,
normally there is a sender, variable resistance, for the gauges and switch for the ecm so the computer just know that their is oil pressure, it doesn't know how many lbs, it just knows that there is oil pressure

when ever im driving down the road and shift into 3rd gear the needle jumps 3 or 4 times and then drops back down
