Sounds like it is a good thing I moved, just have strong winds and drizzle out here. Coming back from Omaha last night was a chore, we were bucking some pretty serious wind on I80.

FWI, usually if lightning is involved they close sporting events.

you guys out there in the hills can keep that crap. id rather deal with severe weather than that right now.

look at pierre, they got tornado watches and blizzard watches. HAHA:icon_rofl:

We have a blizzard warning right now. I will take my weather in the hills any day over the wind blowing nonstop out there on the flat land.

Were getting hammered in Gillette right now. Tried to get my Bronco down our drive this afternoon and got it buried up to the doors. It now has a drift over the hood so I'll have to dig out tommorrow. Probably have 18 inches of snow but the wind is blowing hard and drifting everything in. The whole town is shut down due to blowing snow or no power to most of the county.

maybe you meant FYI... :icon_twisted:

anyway, ya 30 seconds after i posted that our storm sirens went off and we were in a tornado warning

but nothing happened in the immediate metro as i know..

barely a storm

Well we got hit again today. I have no idea how much we actually got but the table I have outside in a fairly sheltered area has about 18" on it...here's some pics.

Somewhere in the third pic is a chair just like the white one that is visible...I think it's under the pile of snow up next to the house, but it may be lost forever.
