No, you would have to swap your knuckles and everything over to 98-00 style and then install the AVM locking hubs. Not really worth it and I hear the AVM's/rugged ridge hubs aren't all they are cracked up to be.
The live axle setup you have it much stronger anyways and really has very minor effect on fuel mileage.
