Local used car dealership got in a really nice Blue ranger, they have had it for several months. I see it every day on the way to work I've always teased that they was holding for me.... well today I didn't see it but they had moved there lot around again and it's on a 4 lane road with a turn lane and I was in the turn lane on a red light I just figured I couln't see it with all the cars in the way. So I proced left to go to work low and behold there it was heading toward me most likly on the way back to the dealership from a test drive..... shit shit shit shit!!! Thats it i'm going monday to see if it's still there I'm atleast going to joy ride.... um I mean test drive it.

I don't know if it really is a FX4 level 2, plus it's auto everything. But my 32" ProComps would look sooo good under her.

The center console bezal is also spray painted blue. But if no major mods were done do it. I would hit that.

Edit: It also looks like it is higher than normal. Maybe a body lift is installed too. Judging by the large gap between the bumper and trailer hitch.

I think at one time it had some bigger tires on it the front bumper is pulled forward a bit too. I have a better pic.

I plan on it. I remember a couple years ago we was out test driving cars and trucks for fun kinda lookin but not really. any we test drove a nissan path finder i took down in the old gravel pit and was playin around in the puddles and took it back to the dealership muddy, they didn't say a word.

Me and a buddie of mine test drove a wrangler one time we took it out in a feild to see if the 4wd worked, then we took it and washed it before taking it back we got out to go up to the door to talk to the guy and there was a bunch of weeds and dandilions stuck in the grill and bumper.

Yea me neither I wan't he joy of doing it my self. If the silver one was to be mine I would have to ditch the bed for a regular one I hate the step sides.

Yeah man, that's a nice looking truck. It looks like it's been body lifted, but it's the real deal.


Not sure I'd pay 10G for a truck with 100,000 on it.

I got a similar dilemma....a local "pre-owned" extension of a large local dealership has this 2002:

I even gave thought to trying to trade both my Mustang and my '92 Ranger in on it......until I saw the price, that is. $13,888. 71,427 miles on it.

Oh well.......

I'd go with the blue one, of the choices you have available. (Kinda partial to blue, if I can't get black.) All look really good, though!

It's all going to come down to weather we are buying a house or staying in our apt. for another year. I'll probly end up with a under $1000 first gen 4x4 again. Not that i'm complaining I have a shit load of first gen. parts and it's my favorite body style.
