It was great meeting you guys as well. I had an awesome weekend.
How was you guys' day on Sunday?
My overview of Wishbone Ranch is that it's a great rock park. I definitely enjoyed my time there and wouldn't mind going back, but it's so small it's hard to rationalize a trip solely to run Wishbone. Even with watching the comp, we hit all the the trails in one day - some of them twice.
If you happen to go there, make a point to hit "The Wash". By far my favorite trail there. Also, good luck finding a line up "Rock House" without getting body damage. I beat the truck pretty bad in that section. Popped the driver's side tail light and pushed in the passenger front quarter pretty bad. I'll work some magic with the volleyball and see what it looks like. I'm pondering bed options and replacing the front quarters. Maybe a winter project. I dunno.
Greg, Jeremy, and I hit Interlake on Sunday. Ran trails 19 (BFG trail), 16, 17, and 7 (correct me if I'm wrong Greg). The BFG trail and 17 were my favorite. 17 was a pretty gnarly rock run that hadn't been run in a long time. Overgrown pretty good.
Overall I had an awesome weekend. I only had to take a half day off of work, got to wheel 2 parks, see the Tennessee boys do some rippin hill climbing, and had a great time with friends that I only get to see on occasions like this.
I've got more video than pics. Unfortunately video is pretty boring. I'm still experimenting with different mounting options, etc. I'll upload a few anyways. Pics won't be uploaded until tomorrow. Forgot my cable at work.
