Will the guts ie shafts, carrier, etc from a 78-79 full width from a bronco fit in a 76-77 full width housing?

Will the guts ie shafts, carrier, etc from a 78-79 full width from a bronco fit in a 76-77 full width housing?

i belive so that is if it is a 150 but a cool site with all the ? ansewers on dana 44 goggle mr. dana 44

Yes it will all fit as long as the 76-77 housing is from a F150 and not a F250.

Why 150 and not a 250? are the housings are the same length are the not? the only differences are the axle tube thickness and bolt pattern I thought.

Anyone know any more about this? I kinda want to snatch up this 76-77 housing fast before somebody else gets it! that is if all the guts from my 79 axle will fit in it.

I told U look up mr. Dana 44 and see if it is the same or not u learn all u need to know about any Dana 44 from that page do alittle research for u self u migth learn something !!!!
