I have my old 94 ranger sittin outback and wanted to upgrade parts on my 88' ranger now will the d35 in the 94 bolt right in my 88 to replace the d28 or no?

Yes, It bolts in as a complete assembly. You have to include the tie rods.

just the drivers inner tie rod...also need to cut the front drive shaft down 1 inch....unless you swap the 1354 from your 94 into your 88

woops the 1354 is your t-case in your 94

yes....do you have an fm145 or an fm146....i think you have the 146...and you wont have to mod your drive shaft...also is your 1354 a manual or push button t-case?

yes it will... but in your sig it says you have an M50D?
