I had a check engine light pop up yesterday said cylinder 4 is misfiring. Its less than 5k miles ago i replaced spark plugs and wires. When i got the code i pulled #4 plug (looked fine) but replaced it anyway. Problem proceeded so i swapped several wires and still persisted. Replaced the coil pack and took it too my mechanic who checked timing and compression, he could see their was a misfire, compression and everything else looked fine. He recommended i check #3 spark plug he said sometimes the adjacent plug causes a misfire? Any other recommendations on what could be the problem?
