now that ive wheeled it a few times and left about 300# on the back the leafs are sagged and seem to be mostly broken in so I went and messed around on some dirt crap i found.

You NEED some bumpstops, that isn't good for the springs. They won't last long with them negative arching like that.
 
do you have giant steering links with tiny hiem joints or is it just me?
 
ya my steering links are pretty big, Its what i had laying around, its 2x.250 dom w/ a 3/4-5/8 Heim. joints are the right size, steering link material is a bit overkill.
