CV joint issue

I have replaced the CV joint on my front driveshaft because I could hear the balls rattling in the joint when driving, the new joint rattles just as bad. Have any of you noticed this problem with your rangers? Can i somehow put a U joint there instead of a CV joint? this rattle is driving me nuts

Is your vehicle lifted? It sounds like the CV joint isnt getting enough grease and/or at an extreme angle.

If you DO have a susp. lift, it is REQUIRED that you replace your stock driveshaft with a 3rd gen driveshaft to gain a double cardon u-joint setup which is ten times stronger than the OE shaft.
