Custom exahust this should work right?? Sound good?

I was looking at magaflow systems they where $400+ and for what a name?? So im going to make my own. I came up with this but need to know if it will wokr or not... Plues what should it sounds like??? I dont want to be passing some asshole on the freeway who just cut me off in a truck that sounds like a Civic!!

THE SET UP:
2 1/4in pipe
Connecting into a:
MagaFlow Catallatic Converter
Connecting into a:
Pipe spacer(i think that what they are called) So its a 2 1/2in pipe now. (Or connecting into a Y joint so its a dual exahust now.)
Connecting into a:
Two 2 1/2in Cherrybomb glassback muffers

well loss the glass packs and get a super 44 or 40 single and dual out and dont go over 2.25 inch pipe

or get a thrush muffler they are the same as a flowmaster 40 they just dont say flowmaster on them
