So I have an Idea for some custom emblems for my Ranger but I don't know who I should go through to get them made. Obviously I am a old dodge guy normally so shocker I want emblems that look like the 75-80's Ramcharger badges. With Ford in cursive and Ranger like the badge below eventually Im going to do a 80's front end swap on my 90 so I think it will look good especially if I get my powerwagon paint scheme done professionally and not half in the bag and with rollers like a Brush truck would be painted.

Sand cast your own emblems.

I ran across a guy that built his own smelter that uses waste fryer oil for fuel. He showed me some ant colony castings. I did sand casting in high school, IIRC wasn't too hard. Lost wax would give the best result.

3D printing would be the easiest, then paint them. OR use the 3D printed models in your sand cast molds.

Still, it would be extremely hard to get acceptable results using sand casting. I did a bit of it years ago and it doesn't leave the best finish. The final part would require a LOT of hand finishing.

For the price of one custom emblem you could buy a nice 3D printer and the software to use it is freeware. Super easy to learn too.

Really a fan of mustang and since then I decorate my ranger with some mustang accessories. One example is a snake emblem. Got it from https://www.levittownfordparts.com/sku/m-1447-c.html. From what I know it's an OEM or like really from Ford. I also add like stickers of mustang at the back. Not sure if you would see me as weird but mustang and ranger would make a good baby!

I'm with Bird, a 3D printer can be found fairly cheap, about what a set of custom emblems would cost, and the 3d printer can be used after you have your custom emblems.
