Custom Door Panels

that looks awesome!

first of all thanks,

where do you get the abs plastic? anyplace in specific?

I bought the sheeting from a company here called "regional supply" they are a supplier for sign manufacturing.http://www.regionalsupply.com/default.aspx?page=Item Search Results i went with the .060" but i would bet that any sign supplier can get it.

i traced the old door panel onto the backs-side of the plastic sheet (so i didn't have white paint marker exposed on my finish product) and just cut out the 3 holes for the arm-rest and the window crank with several razor blades and a lot of elbow grease. and the rest i did with a pair of metal handle scissors. and a box of 1/2" #8 low-profile pan-head screws from home depot

how long did it take for each door?
about half an hour per door or so. it to more time to prep and paint the armrest, and vent
