I'm building a short course offroad truck. It is a '93 Regular cab with a 2.3L 5-speed.

The hard plastic hydraulic clutch line that comes from the pedal assembly is in a very vulnerable spot as it is(right behind the front tire), but it also happens to be right where I want the a-pillar for my cage to hit the frame.

Has anyone heard of any soft line replacements that would be an easy swap so that I could route the line where it would be out of the way?

I'm pretty sure you can replace the line with these fittings and a braided steel line. I havent used them yet, but I read that they fit. You would loose the quick disconnect, but you would have a line that would stand up to most anything thrown at it.
