Cruise control - 2005 Edge

Hi. I was wondering if anyone has tried adding cruise to their ranger that is NOT prewired, specifically the 2004-2011 model years. My truck is a 2005 Ford Ranger Edge 4x4 4.0 5spd manual. I have access to a ton of parts, because I live in metro Detroit. Tons of scrapyards around here. Say I can get all of the parts needed, is it feasable?
