I do love me a bolt action (3 of my 6 registered vehicles are manual...), but a nice good working 4R70W with a shift kit isn't bad to drive either... when my '00 Explorer is running good (not now, it's mad... I'll figure it out...) it's pretty sporty for a 5k pound mommy missile... My boss has a '07 Rousch mustang GT, he says it runs pretty good

Yep, drag racing I prefer an auto, never a missed shift.
