Creaking after body lift

So i put on a BL. Last weekend and the last few days i have a creeking sound i cant figure out. It happens when i accelerate, brake and turn. The sound comes from around the pedals and i can feel a light thud on the floor. It appears that the bushing where the steering shaft comes through the firewall is skewed downward and kinda looks like its out of place. I dont believe its a loose cab bolt, i retourqued it yesterday and it did nothing.

Been really pissing me off, any help is greatly appreciated.

I had issues like that after my 3" BL--cracking/popping that sounded like something was hitting the floorpan, etc. I had to re-tighten all the bolts on the lift and that solved the problem. Yours does sound a little different though.
